DELIVERY/SHIPPING POLICY:

Standard shipping (within the continental US) will be charged for standard ground shipping & handling.

Our business hours are Monday through Saturday, 11am-4pm Pacific Standard Time, excluding holidays. Any orders submitted on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day. Please allow up to 2 full business days for your order to be processed, picked, packed, and shipped. Please allow 5-14 business days for standard ground shipping delivery.

RETURN, REFUND, AND EXCHANGE POLICY:

Returns and Exchanges are only allowed on UNOPENED products purchased through http://www.GrayceEgami.com, and within 30 days of original purchase date.
Refunds are issued for original purchase price, less original shipping cost.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
